Here are some photos I clicked of a 26 days old newborn baby girl with her parents. She is a very pretty girl, and one of the cutest babies that came into my studio for a photoshoot and she bonded really well with me immediately. For clicking these pictures her parents contacted me and I got in Touch with her parents to understand their vision of the photoshoot they wanted for their baby(solo and with other family members) and then Based on the Client’s preference and Input, I tried be creative and to do exactly what they were looking for and they were happy with the photoshoot and the result that came out.
I tried to take Light, Candid, Raw, the best I could have done with the photoshoot because this was an important milestone for the baby girl’s parents. For the photoshoot I tried to make the smiles come to the family naturally, the family came into the studio just a few hours after the baby had woken up so the baby looked fresh and energised, after welcoming the family I spent some time with the baby girl and her mother, made them comfortable for the photoshoot.
The first thing you notice when checking out baby’s photographs is the use of colour and playful backgrounds. If you’re looking for something more fun than a usual portrait shot, then you should check out the work on some of the other albums after looking at this one.
We started off with a beige background as it gave a really good contrast with the baby girl’s attire, in this the baby was lying on a heart with wings, while the baby was wrapped in a white comfy blanket.
We then took some photos with a peachy pink background with different finishes of colours and designs, while the baby was wrapped in a brown blanket, the photos looked with the colour contrast of pink and brown.We then moved to the classical pink and white background, we took some photos in different posses and different attire’s like baby with wings, with a peacock style dress, ladybug dress and a few others.
We also took some photos in a white background with sunflower designs in the background, while the baby was dressed in yellow. After this we took some photos of the baby lying in baskets of different sorts white floral and heart designs around the basket.
Then we took some photos in a wooden background while the baby was dressed in white, lying on a brown comfy chair.
Then we took some photos in a blue and white background that gave sort of a Christmas look with stars and moon and deer toys in the background, for these the baby was dressed in white as it looked radiant with the background colours.
At last we moved to some family photos, for this we chose a bright white background as it was the parents choice and a good fit with their white attire. We started with photos of just the mother with the baby girl, then took some of the whole family in different poses and with different props, chairs and baskets.
Overall the family was happy with the photoshoot and the baby was comfortable during the photoshoot, and I loved taking photos of the baby girl.
